Danielle Reiss

Danielle Reiss is an associate with the firm working primarily on product liability and casualty cases. She has a strong background in insurance defense litigation. Danielle is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle worked with a major insurer as a claims litigation counsel handling Personal Injury Protection arbitrations, UM lawsuits, and trademark matters. She also worked as an associate on insurance defense, premises liability, and commercial landlord tenant law.

Throughout college, Danielle worked as a research assistant, assisting with the production of Virtual Justice: The New Laws of Online Worlds, which regards ownership of virtual property in online communities.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys reading and spending time with her cat, Juniper.
